Midsomer Norton is a small market town with local pubs within walking distance. Some of the Country Pubs serve excellent food as well as a few well chosen Restaurants and take aways which we can direct you to.

The use of the swimming pool is not possible due to insurance policies but there is a lawn in front of the lodge for the exclusive use of guests.

The town is on the far side of the Mendip Hills so it benefits from the sheltered valley where it is located and gets the best of the local weather.
